Prayer to St Spyridon of Trimythous, Hierarch, in Time of Material Need

O all-blessed holy hierarch Spyridon, entreat the goodness of God who loveth mankind not to judge us according to our iniquities, but to deal with us according to His mercy. Entreat Christ our God for us, the servants of God (names), to grant us a peaceful and untroubled life and health of soul and body. Deliver us from every affliction of soul and body, from all anguish and satanic slander. Remember us before the throne of the Almighty, and entreat the Lord to grant us forgiveness of our many transgressions and a life free of affliction and trouble, to bestow on us an unashamed and peaceful end of our life, and to make us worthy of eternal blessedness in the age to come, that we may unceasingly send up glory and thanksgiving to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
