Prayer of Gregory of Khandzta, against Fear of the Devil and of the Antichrist, and against All Faint-heartedness

In this time of our exile and poverty, O Christ, we shall fear no evil, for Thou, O Lord, art with us, who hast prepared for us this good place, the rest of Thy will, in which we ever offer supplication for that awaited day — Thy glorious Second Coming, O God, when the sound of terrors and the roar of the trumpet shall shake all creation; for all the guilty shall be given over to wounds and torments, but the righteous shall be gladdened with life everlasting.
