These terms and conditions govern the relationship between you and the online platform of the Kandeli church store (kandeli.ge). By using the website and placing an order, you agree to the terms listed below.

Registration is not required to place an order — guest checkout is also available. However, by creating your own account you will be able to view your order history, save favorite products, and have your address remembered for future orders. To register:

1. Click the "Sign in" button in the top right corner of the page.
2. In the window that opens, select the "Register" tab.
3. Fill in your full name, phone, personal number, email, password and address, then click the "Register" button.

4. After signing in successfully, your name will appear in the menu, from which the profile and orders pages become available.

1. Find the item you want in the catalog — using the search field or the category filters.
2. On the product card or page, click the "Add to cart" button.
3. Open the cart from the top menu and, if needed, change the product quantity.
4. Click the "Checkout" button.
5. Fill in the recipient's name, phone number and delivery address — for signed-in users this data is filled in automatically from the saved profile.
6. Confirm the order and pay online by card on the secure payment page.
7. You then receive a unique order number (e.g. ORD-123456). With it and your phone number you can follow the order from any device via the "Track order" link in the footer. If you gave an email address, the confirmation arrives there too.

Delivery is carried out via partner courier services across Georgia. The cost depends on the parcel's weight and the recipient's address:

Delivery to high-mountain and hard-to-reach areas is also available via the "Georgian Post" — our representative will clarify the details when confirming your order.

• Standard delivery: 2–5 business days — the exact day is shown at checkout, from the courier's schedule.
• Fast delivery (within Tbilisi): the same day when the order is placed before 12:00 (paid by card before 12:00); after that, the next business day. For goods in stock only; the price depends on the weight, and free delivery does not cover it.

For customers living abroad, orders can also be shipped outside Georgia. Shipping time averages 7–21 business days, depending on the recipient's country and address. To clarify the cost of international delivery, please contact us through one of the channels listed below.

You may return a purchased item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

• The item must be unused and retain its original condition, packaging and complete set of contents.
• To arrange a return, email info@kandeli.ge quoting your order number.
• Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of the item being returned, using the original payment method.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or did not match the order — in those cases we cover the cost in full.

Churches and church institutions buy at temple prices — a discount on the catalogue, candles and censer charcoal. These apply to verified churches only, on these terms:

• At registration a church gives its rector, its address, its own phone number, a link to the church, its bank account and its monthly need. We call the church before confirming.
• An order at temple prices is paid from the church's (or diocese's) account and delivered to the church.
• For its first 3 months a new church orders up to the monthly need it gave; more is possible by arrangement with the shop.
• Goods bought at temple prices are for the church's own use, not for resale. If any information is false, the account is blocked and the customer pays the price difference.
