O Lord, teach Thy servant, fallen into satanic pride, obedience and humility, and cast out from his heart the darkness and the yoke of satanic pride!
O Lord, by Thy grace make this Thy servant good.
O our incorruptible Treasure and inexhaustible Wealth, grant to this Thy servant, created in Thine image and likeness, to know the deception of riches, and how all earthly things are vanity, shadow and dream; that the days of man are as grass, or as a spider’s web, and that Thou alone art our treasure, our rest and our joy.
