Holy Martyrs Eustathius, Thespesius and Anatolius (+312)

The holy Martyrs Eustathius, Thespesius and Anatolius were the sons of a rich merchant and lived in the city of Gangra. They were converted to Christianity by Saint Lucian (commemorated 15 October), and afterwards were baptised by the hand of Bishop Anthimus (commemorated 3 September). The Christians used to hold divine services in the blessed brothers’ house. When the pagans learned of this, they cruelly tortured the Lord’s chosen ones, and then beheaded them in the city of Nicaea (+312).
