Holy Martyrs Diodorus and Didymus of Syria

The holy Martyrs Diodorus and Didymus of Syria came from Laodicea in Syria. They fervently preached the faith of Christ among their fellow citizens, for which the pagans seized them, tortured them cruelly, and at last put them to death with the lash.
