Holy Martyr Tation (+305)
The holy Martyr Tation lived in Bithynia. He suffered for Christ in the reign of the Emperor Diocletian (284–305). When the enemies of God learned that he hoped in Christ, they seized him and sentenced him to death in the city of Claudiopolis. The terribly tortured saint, who was being dragged through the streets to the place of execution, died at the gate of the city (+305).
