Description

The base of the ark is a square wooden stand, 27 cm long and covered in burgundy velvet, on which the prepared Lambs are laid. To keep the Holy Gifts from drying out, the stand is covered by a shatterproof acrylic cover decorated with gilded brass patterns. The ark is topped with a cross, the symbol of Christ's victory over death and the devil. Height with cross: 47 cm; without cross and dome: 31 cm.
