Phosterius the Hermit and Menas the Monk (VI)

The Venerable Phosterius the Hermit laboured on a high mountain. By his miracles and holy life he protected many from the poisonous teaching of the heretics.

The Venerable Menas laboured for fifty years in the monastery of Sinai. He reposed in peace in the second half of the sixth century.
