This festal paten, 220 × 220 × 130 mm, is made of brass and copper. At the centre of the dish, where the Lamb symbolising Christ is placed, is the Nativity of Christ, surrounded by the words “Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world” (John 1:29). The conical foot is richly decorated with fine filigree and floral enamel patterns, whose colour can be changed on request.
