The riza is made by electroforming, so the dimensions and weight may vary slightly. The icon is painted on gesso-covered MDF. The riza is copper, plated with nickel and electroplated gold (combined gilding). The back of the riza is covered with velvet. On request the riza can be fully gilded or fully nickel-plated.
