Description

The set holds the vessels used for the Sacrament of the Eucharist: the chalice (communion cup), the paten (for the Lamb), the asterisk (two metal arches joined at the centre and set crosswise over the paten), the communion spoon for the laity, two plates and a ladle for the zeon (hot water).

We also recommend the small and large spear. The brass chalice with a stainless-steel insert is 0.5 L in volume and holds 0.4 L, quite enough for a medium-sized church. The chalice, paten, zeon ladle, spoon, asterisk and two plates are all made in one style and look very harmonious together. Made of gilded brass, the pieces are decorated with chemical engraving.
