"Liturgics, Hymnography, and Eortology" by Archimandrite Cyprian (Kern)

"Alilo" offers readers a highly significant work by the renowned Orthodox clergyman, liturgist, and lecturer at St. Sergius Orthodox Theological Institute in Paris, Archimandrite Cyprian Kern, entitled "Liturgics, Hymnography, and Eortology".

The work systematically examines liturgics — that is, the Church's public worship; Orthodox hymnography as the most essential part of the services; and eortology — the feasts of the Orthodox Church — within liturgical practice.

The book is intended for a wide circle of readers; above all it will help clergy, parishioners who wish to take part in the liturgical life of the Church with understanding, and anyone interested in Orthodox teaching.
