Holy Martyrs Cyriaena and Juliana (IV)
The holy Martyrs Cyriaena and Juliana were seized for confessing Christ in the time of the Emperor Maximian Galerius (305–311). By order of Marcian, the governor of Cilicia, Saint Cyriaena, stripped and with her hair cut off, was led round her native city of Tarsus to be mocked by the crowd, and then sent with Saint Juliana to the city of Rhosus, where both were burned.
