Description

The medium linden dish for preparing the Lamb is needed for the proskomedia and in preparing for Holy Communion. It serves as the board on which the priest cuts the prosphoras with the spear. Its 186 mm round surface holds a medium Lamb, and the 35 mm rim keeps crumbs from scattering. A notch in the rim makes it easy to transfer the particles of the Lamb into the Chalice.
