In this freshly printed Psalter and prayer book, prepared by our publishing house, the old Georgian script — specifically Nuskha-khutsuri — has been used.
The typeface chosen for this Psalter is a novelty for our publishing house. It is distinguished by its special beauty and is convenient for those wishing to practise reading the old Georgian script. For the same reason, a comparatively large type size was chosen, along with sinkguri (the red ink used in ancient manuscripts for headings and capital letters) for the capitals.
Feedback shows that our readers have long been awaiting an edition of this kind. We hope this new release will bring joy and interest to many.
